Track & Trace

By default, all packages use NZ Post Track & Trace, and you will be provided with a tracking number. You may opt out of this by selecting tracking category and adding remove Track & Trace to the cart. $1.00 will be deducted from the total amount. Please note that in this case we will not refund for non-delivery

New Zealand Post aims to deliver within 3 working days. Since we are semi-rural an extra day should be allowed.

If you have not received your tracked item in 7 days, please contact tredegar@southernsavonne.co.nz
